Another great and low sodium convenience food thanks to Trader Joes. The hardest part of low sodium is making everything from scratch and that takes tiiiimmmeee. Finding something frozen and easy (that won’t break the sodium bank) is a god send. So this stuff rocks. Pour your serving over pasta (which is almost always sodium free), add some veggies if you feel like it, and WHAM! Satisfying meal! I would have shared a pic of the finished product, but it uh…well….let’s just say he enjoyed it!
